Before doing that, I would like to share with you something experienced yesterday, which shows how small is the world in which we live now, because of Internet. I spoke on Skype to my sister, who lives in Alice Spring Australia, because she was already in 2013! Isn't it amazing to think that only few years ago, I would probably have sent her a letter that would have taken weeks to reach the place…This is an example of what we can achieve in this industry, using the modern technology given to us, and we should take advantage of it!
Anyway, I hope that 2012 was a good year for you, and that it gave you everything you wanted. Even if it has, there is probably something missing or something that you could have done better. Think of what went well and what did not, and try to learn the lessons of what did not go so well and correct it next year. If 2012 did not bring you what you desired, don't be discouraged, but take it as a transition period that took place to help you better prepare the future.
We should always look at the past in a positive way, because doing so helps us to lift our hearts and keep our spirit as high as possible.
Preparing 2013, reflect again on what you want to achieve. Think of what is your big WHY? What are the main goals you want to achieve and WHY you want to reach these goals. Don't be over ambitious though: two to three main goals are more than enough! Once you have done that, build your PLAN for 2013. Decide what measures, initiatives, actions you will take to achieve your goals.
Most important: commit to STICK TO THIS PLAN and you will definitely reach success!
That being said, I wish you and your beloved ones a HAPPY NEW YEAR. May 2013 be your healthiest, most joyful and most successful year EVER, and see your DREAMS COME TRUE!
God bless you and your family.
